Namaz vakitleri neden yanlış gösteriyor?
Uygulama GPS konumunuzu kullanır. Ayarlar'dan konum iznini ve doğru hesaplama metodunu (Diyanet, MWL, ISNA) kontrol edin.
Bildirimler gelmiyor, ne yapmalıyım?
iPhone Ayarları → Namaz Pro → Bildirimler bölümünden bildirimlere izin verildiğini kontrol edin. Ardından uygulamada vakitleri yeniden kaydedin.
Pro aboneliğimi nasıl iptal ederim?
iPhone Ayarları → Apple Kimliğiniz → Abonelikler bölümünden Namaz Pro aboneliğinizi yönetebilirsiniz.
Pro satın aldım ama özellikler açılmadı?
Ayarlar → Pro sekmesinden "Satın Alımları Geri Yükle" butonuna basın. Sorun devam ederse e-posta ile bize ulaşın.
Kıble pusulası doğru gösteriyor mu?
Telefonunuzu sekiz şeklinde çevirerek pusulayı kalibre edin. Doğru sonuç için "Gerçek Kuzey" (True Heading) kullanılır.

Why are prayer times showing incorrectly?
The app uses your GPS location. Check location permissions in Settings and make sure you have selected the correct calculation method (Diyanet, MWL, or ISNA).
I'm not receiving notifications. What should I do?
Go to iPhone Settings → Namaz Pro → Notifications and make sure notifications are enabled. Then re-schedule prayer times from within the app.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings → Your Apple ID → Subscriptions to manage or cancel your Namaz Pro subscription.
I purchased Pro but features aren't unlocked?
Tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings → Pro tab. If the issue persists, please contact us by email.
Is the Qibla compass accurate?
Calibrate your compass by moving your phone in a figure-8 motion. The app uses True Heading for the most accurate direction.

لماذا تظهر أوقات الصلاة بشكل غير صحيح؟
يستخدم التطبيق موقع GPS الخاص بك. تحقق من إذن الموقع في الإعدادات وتأكد من اختيار طريقة الحساب الصحيحة (ديانت أو رابطة العالم الإسلامي أو ISNA).
لا أتلقى إشعارات، ماذا أفعل؟
اذهب إلى إعدادات iPhone ← نماز برو ← الإشعارات وتأكد من تفعيلها. ثم أعد جدولة أوقات الصلاة من داخل التطبيق.
كيف أُلغي اشتراك برو؟
اذهب إلى إعدادات iPhone ← معرف Apple ← الاشتراكات لإدارة اشتراك نماز برو أو إلغائه.
اشتريت برو لكن الميزات لم تُفعَّل؟
اضغط على "استعادة المشتريات" في الإعدادات ← تبويب برو. إذا استمرت المشكلة، تواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
هل بوصلة القبلة دقيقة؟
حرّك هاتفك على شكل رقم 8 لمعايرة البوصلة. يستخدم التطبيق الشمال الحقيقي للحصول على أدق اتجاه ممكن.
